Welcome! By placing an order on this website, you actively acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions cover everything from returns and shipping to custom duties, product specifications, and more. Please take a moment to review them carefully before completing your purchase, as all transactions are governed by these terms and conditions.


Returns Policy

Bespoke and One-of-a-Kind Items

All products available on this site are either made to order, custom-designed, or completely one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for non-faulty items. This policy is in place to ensure clarity and consistency across all orders, as outlined in these terms and conditions.


Faulty Items

On the rare occasion that an item arrives faulty or damaged, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Contact me via the contact form with your full name, order number, and tracking number.

  2. Once your details are confirmed, I will request a clear digital photo of the fault via email.

  3. The refund or replacement process cannot begin without this photo.

Depending on the situation, the item may need to be returned for inspection. While this is not always necessary, if it is:

  • The return must be sent via Royal Mail Signed For or another tracked service, this specified to you at the time.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Do not return anything without explicit confirmation from me, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted under these terms and conditions.


Non-Faulty Goods

Items that are not faulty cannot be returned or exchanged. Each product is either custom-created or one-of-a-kind, and as such, these terms and conditions do not allow refunds for non-faulty products.


Faulty Goods – A Closer Look

Every reported fault is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The typical process includes:

  • Initial contact via the contact form

  • Submission of supporting photos

  • Assessment and confirmation of return details

  • Refund or replacement only if the item is unused and in its original condition

Please note: Items that have been worn, stained, scented, or altered (such as through unpicking stitches, or purposely damaged item or packing) do not qualify for a refund. Determining this is at my descretion.


Important Things to Check Before Ordering

1. Sizing

To avoid any issues, always double-check sizing details, especially for clothing. Wherever possible, refer to actual body measurements rather than size ranges. Similarly, for artwork, jewelry, or prints, make sure the dimensions suit your intended use. Sizing charts measure around/circumference of areas such waist,chest,etc.

2. Shipping Costs

While UK shipping is free for Original Artworks, all other products do have a Shipping fee for the UK (unless stated otherwise), fees for international shipping costs vary depending on the item’s size and weight. A flat international shipping rate applies and is displayed at checkout for transparency.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are fully responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority. If left unpaid, your parcel will not be released, and no refund will be provided. This forms a crucial part of our terms and conditions for international customers.


Logos and Branding

Most wearable items proudly feature the ‘Positive With Paz’ logo or a signature for authenticity. These elements are designed to be small yet bold and seen to serve as a reminder to spread positivity.


Order Fulfillment and Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary depending on whether the item is created by me or a production partner. Regardless, I aim to get your order out promptly and efficiently.


Shipping Information

UK Orders

Most domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr, Tracked 48hr, Special Delivery, Evri, or UPS. A signature may be required upon delivery – and this will definitely be the case for Special Delivery. If an item lists a carrier for shipment (e.g Royal Mail 48/special delivery) I have the right to change this even after purchase. 

If a delivery is missed and returned, im afraid no refund will be issued due to the custom nature of the products sold.


Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once an item is marked as “delivered,” the responsibility for that item transfers to the customer. If a package appears lost, I will assist in contacting the courier when possible. However, the buyer may ultimately be responsible for resolving delivery issues.


International Shipping

International orders may be shipped using Royal Mail International, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, all with tracking included. Please allow up to 60 days for delivery due to potential customs delays or international disruptions.

If purchasing Original art, keyrings, magnets and/or stickers. As these are shipped directly from the UK, if you buy any of the other products (shirts, hoodies, prints, etc). Then you will be charged two lots of shipping fees. As other products are sent closer to your location.

Please note: Not all items are eligible for international shipping. Larger or fragile items, such as original artwork, may only be shipped to selected countries.


Custom Fees and Import Charges

Buyers located outside the UK are solely responsible for covering custom duties, import VAT, and any brokerage fees upon arrival. If a parcel is held or rejected due to non-payment of these fees, no refunds will be issued. Again due to the nature of the products I sell. These responsibilities are clearly stated as part of your agreement to the terms and conditions.


Product Specifics

Fabric Items

Each garment is printed to order. As a result, minor fabric movement during production may cause slight misalignments, particularly with patterned designs. A manufacturing tolerance of 2–3mm is standard and may affect visual precision, especially in geometric layouts.

Due to the range of sizes that are sold, there may be a stretch effect of some patterns, compared to the pictured product. As products can range in sizes the pattern is stretched to fit the garment. Please be aware of this before buying.


Walking Sticks

These items are sold primarily as artistic pieces. If you choose to use one functionally, you do so at your own risk. I cannot be held liable for any injury or damage resulting from such use, as clearly stated in these terms and conditions.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as production begins almost immediately. This applies to all items, especially those that are bespoke, personalized, or made-to-order.


Artwork and Commissions

  • All original artworks are signed and dated for authenticity.

  • For commissioned work, a digital contract must be completed before work begins.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This covers materials, time, and labor.

  • Once you recive a photo of the rough sketch and share any additons you wish to make. The next 50% of the payment (non-refundable) will be due for me to finish the work. 
  • The policy applies to all forms of artwork, including digital and physical.

  • Payments must be made through approved electronic payment methods — no cash, NTF, cheques, or cryptocurrency will be accepted.

  • Payments are non-refundable as this is a custom, made to order item. 
  • If you wish for the artwork to be placed on a item, such as a card, shirt, print, etc. Then that will be charged as an extra, on top of the commission fee.
  •  I fully retain ALL rights to any and all work made and can use it in any way I wish. 

Out of Stock Items

If a product is sold out before stock status is updated, I will notify you promptly and issue a refund. For international orders involving multiple items, shipping cost adjustments may apply if the total order weight or value changes due to a refund.


Force Majeure

Under these terms and conditions, I am not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders resulting from circumstances beyond my control, including:

  • Natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.)

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Government sanctions or restriction s

  • Global pandemics or health crises

  • Postal or transportation disruptions.

  • Strikes of any kind.

  • Pandemic  

  • Internet or communication outages

If such an event occurs, order processing will be paused temporarily, and I will make every reasonable effort to resume operations swiftly.

Additionally, if I experience a personal emergency or illness, processing may be delayed by up to 10 days. Should this happen, you will be notified, and all orders will be temporarily paused, and/or refunded – dependant on situation.


Final Note

By purchasing any product from this website, you confirm your agreement to all the terms and conditions stated above. These policies are designed to promote fairness, clarity, and mutual respect for both buyer and seller.
