Creative Activities FAQ’s

Do I need any experience to take part?

No! None! Everything is designed so anyone can join in and enjoy it, no matter their experience. It’s all about having fun!

What ages are your activities suitable for?

Activities can be adapted for a wide range of ages, from children (5+) through to adults and older participants. Each session is adjusted to suit the group.

Where do the sessions take place?

I bring everything to you! Sessions can take place in schools, care settings, workplaces, homes or event spaces (such as Cafes, restaurants, etc) — wherever suits your group best.

Do I need to provide any materials?

No — everything is provided. I bring all the materials needed, you just need to bring yourself!

How many people can take part?

Sessions are flexible and can work with small groups or slightly larger groups. Each activity suits different sizes. If you’re unsure, just get in touch and we can find what works best.

How long do sessions last?

Sessions can be short and lively or slightly longer and more in-depth, depending on what you’re looking for. But they range from 1 hour to 2 hours, dependant on the activity. And half days are also available. They can be tailored to fit your schedule.

Can activities be tailored to our group or theme?

Absolutely! Activities can be adapted to suit your group, theme or occasion, making each session feel personal and relevant.

What’s the main aim of your sessions?

At Positive With Paz, it’s all about bringing people together through creativity. Aiming to create a fun, relaxed and positive experience for everyone involved.

What areas/locations do you cover?

Currently I provide activities in Kent and the South East. Focusing on: Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Folkestone, Whitstable, Ashford, Faversham and the surrounding areas/villages in-between. However, if you have an enquiry about somewhere further afield, you can always get in touch!

Where do you ship to?

The UK, EU, The USA, Canada, Australia and Japan…HOWEVER…occasionally, some products may only be available for UK shipping (but it will say if this is the case on the item). Shipping is free to the UK!

Are your items sent tracked?

Yes! Always!

My item is lost/hasn’t turned up?

Everything I send, will have tracking, so first check the tracking number, to see what it says. Also check neighbours, safe places (including bins & Cat flaps – you’d be surprised!) Then if still no luck contact me and I’ll try and get in touch with the company it has been sent with. Although, if there is photographic proof that it has been left at property or indeed with a neighbour, there is nothing I can do in those circumstances i’m afraid.

Will I have to pay customs?

Possibly. Customs and tax fees may occur on orders sent aboard. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office.

So please be aware of this when buying, as you will be responsible for these fees.

All items are sent from the UK.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately i’m not able to offer refunds on products that aren’t faulty, as everything is bespoke or one of a kind.

If you feel something is faulty or damaged, then take a photo straight away and get in touch via the contact form or email.

Do you make all your art yourself?

Yes! All the artwork for sale I have created. Whether digital or traditional mediums, they are all made by me!

I draw and paint by hand, using watercolours, acrylics, pens and pencil. I also make digital art through Procreate.

What types of original artwork do you make?

The originals I make are usually: watercolour paintings, acrylic paintings, gouache paintings, pencil drawings and pen line drawings. Sometimes a mixed media of a combination of the above.

Occasionally I will do the odd wood carving or clay based piece, so look out for those!
