FAQ’s

Where do you ship to?

The UK, EU, The USA, Canada, Australia and Japan…HOWEVER…occasionally, some products may only be available for UK shipping (but it will say if this is the case on the item). Shipping is free to the UK on all Original Artworks, stickers, keyring and magnets.

Are your items sent tracked?

Yes! Orders are sent Tracked 24, 48, Special Delivery, Tracked International, Air or Standard (which is still tracked)

My item is lost/hasn’t turned up?

Everything I send, will have tracking, so first check the tracking number, to see what it says. Also check neighbours, safe places (including bins – you’d be surprised!) Then if still no luck contact me and I’ll try and get in touch with the company it has been sent with. Although, if there is photographic proof that your address has received it (whether you or someone at your address), or it has been left on your property, or indeed with a neighbour, there is nothing I can do in those circumstances i’m afraid.

Will I have to pay customs?

Possibly. Customs and tax fees may occur on orders, as items come from various countries. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office.

So please be aware of this when buying, as you will be responsible for these fees.

All original artworks, stickers, magnets and keyring come from the UK though.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately i’m not able to offer refunds on products that aren’t faulty, as everything is bespoke or one of a kind.

If you feel something is faulty or damaged, then take a photo straight away and get in touch via the contact form or email.

Can you explain ‘Processing times’?

This means the amount of time it takes to get your items made or ready to be shipped. Most things are bespoke and need to be made for you and this can take anywhere between 2 – 5 working days depending on the product. After this time they are sent out by post. Embroidery products can take up to 12 days however.

What does bespoke/made to order mean?

This means that items such as clothes or any fabric items are printed with one of my designs and checked.

Other items such as homeware, accessories, etc. Are printed on to a surfaced and assembled by hand.

How do I know if something is out of stock?

As most things are made to order, most things are normally always in stock as they are created when you buy them. However, if a component isn’t available then it might not be in stock. I’m afraid I won’t always know this until you order it. Also if you buy a one off piece or limited stock item, at the same time as someone else (a rarity) this will be out of stock too. In these situations you’d receive an email from me explaining whats happened and issuing you a refund. But a lot of the time it will say something like ‘item unavailable, doesn’t exist’, it might only be in a certain size or colour though.

Can you tell me your international shipping rates?

So, for original art, stickers, magnets and keyrings I charge a flat rate for international countries. Meaning that no matter where you are, you will be charged the same shipping rate. E.g, if you live in Australia or you live in the USA you’ll pay the same amount. (Calculated at checkout) – As these are shipped directly from me.

The charges vary depending on the size of the item. If you order multiple original artworks, you’ll only pay the flat fee for the most expensive category (the fee for the heaviest/largest item). Free shipping for the UK for this.

For all other items the prices are calculated at the checkout.

However, original artworks (and things shipped from me) and all other items will be shipped separately, as they come from different places, therefore, there will be two shipping costs.

Do you make all your art yourself?

Yes! All the artwork you see on this site I created. Creations on clothes, products and orignals are all my own.

A.I art is not a part of Positive With Paz and never will be. I draw and paint by hand, using watercolours and acrylics. I also make digital art through Procreate.

Are you available for commissions?

Yes! Of course within one of the styles you see on the site or on my social media.

All commissions require a 50% deposit up front, with the remainder 50% before the artwork is sent to you. This applies for both digital and physical works.

Why do you make the art you make?

Mainly I like to make bright, bold and colourful art. I like creating funny, quirky, original characters of animals, people and creatures! I always have – it makes me happy.

It reflects my personality, I am colourful, quirky and a big kid really.

I make art for me, that appeals to a similar type of person.

What types of original artwork do you make?

The originals I make are usually: watercolour paintings, acrylic paintings, gouache paintings, pencil drawings and pen line drawings. Sometimes a mixed media of a combination of the above.

Occasionally I will do the odd wood carving or clay based piece, so look out for those!

Also Rock painting and original artwork within jewellery on Etsy.

Also small artwork on ACEO’s/ATC’s (artist trading cards) on eBay.
