This Product Safety Regulation Compliance statement explains how products sold by Positive With Paz are created, sourced and supplied with safety and transparency in mind.
All items are handmade or hand-finished in small batches. Care is taken to ensure they are suitable for their intended use.
1. Artwork and ACEO Cards
Artwork pieces and ACEO cards are created using artist-grade materials, including:
- Watercolour
- Pencil
- Coloured pencil
- Marker pens
- Gouache
These items are intended for display or collection purposes only. They are not toys and are not suitable for young children.
2. Jewellery – Product Lines and Materials

2.1 Sterling Silver Collection
This collection includes:
- Sterling silver (925) earrings
- Sterling silver pendants
- Sterling silver chains (925)
These items are made using 925 sterling silver components.
Many people with sensitivities can wear sterling silver; however, this cannot be guaranteed for all individuals. Customers with known sensitivities should consider this before purchasing.
These items are suitable for sale within the UK and internationally.
2.2 Everyday Collection (Stainless Steel, Alloy, Silver-Plated & Mixed Materials)
This collection includes:
- Everyday earrings
- Everyday necklaces
These items may be made using a combination of:
- Stainless steel (commonly used for earring posts/hooks)
- Metal alloy components
- Silver-plated materials
- Wooden elements
- Faux leather or waxed cord (used in some necklace designs instead of chains)
Stainless steel is often well tolerated; however, sensitivities can vary.
The exact composition of alloy components is not always known.
For this reason, items containing alloy or mixed metals are not recommended for individuals with metal sensitivities.
Due to material uncertainty in some components, this collection is currently sold to UK customers only.
3. Jewellery Components and Construction

4. Preloved and Hand-Painted Fabric Items
Preloved and hand-painted items (including clothing, bags and hats) are created using:
- Fabric paint
- Acrylic paint combined with fabric medium
- Acrylic paint markers
All items are checked to ensure they are dry, set and suitable for wear.
As these items are second-hand and altered, gentle care is advised.
5. Stickers and Vinyl Products
Stickers are produced using durable vinyl materials.
Features may include:
- Matte, gloss, holographic or glitter finishes
- Protective laminate coating
- Resistance to water, scratching, fading and tearing (varies by type)
- Adhesive backing (permanent or removable depending on product)
Not all stickers are waterproof or permanent.
These items are intended for decorative use and are not suitable for young children.
6. Magnets
Magnets are designed for light practical and decorative use.
- Suitable for fridges and magnetic surfaces
Magnets are not toys and should be kept away from young children due to potential ingestion hazards.
7. Keychains
